Return & Exchange Policy

First: Returns or Exchanges Within 14 Days

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Second: Returns or Exchanges in Case of a Manufacturing Defect

In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, Rockura will bear all costs related to the return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions

The right to return or exchange does not apply if the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was received, for reasons attributable to the customer.
